Halifax Health is seeking a RN Resident for the Emergency Department RN Residency Program.
The ED RN Residency program is a year-long, clinically focused nurse residency program. It is the first of its kind and an experience that cannot be found anywhere else in the area. Highlights include weekly physician led didactic instruction combined with clinical skills taught by ED Clinical Nurse Educator or other subject matter experts. The curriculum is created from Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) national exam, so you can be assured that the material is relevant, beneficial, and prepares you to become a board certified emergency nurse by the end of the year. The ED RN Residency program will ease the transition from student to professional nurse, giving you the support, education, and skills you require to be the best nurse you can be.
