Physical Therapist - Care at Home

Halifax Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for Care at Home.

This candidate administers physical therapy to assigned pediatric, adolescent and geriatric patients and helps them reach the highest functional level possible.

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college.
• Florida license required.
• BLS required.
• Acute care experience required.
