Halifax Health is seeking a Patient Companion for the Centralized Staffing Office (CSO).
This individual provides support for a safe environment for the patient who may be mentally and/or emotionally incapacitated, confused, or at risk of injuring them self or others. The Patient Companion also provides observation of patient activities under the direction of the Registered Nurse assigned to manage the patient's plan of care.
